Response times
We aim to reply to every email within two business days. Reader feedback gets priority over PR pitches. If you flagged a factual error in a review, we'll usually correct it within 24 hours and reply with what changed.
Suggest a product to review
Reader requests shape our calendar. We can't review every product, but we do try to cover what readers ask for most. Use the form below or email us. The more specific you can be about why you want this reviewed (what problem you're trying to solve, what you've already shortlisted), the more useful your suggestion is.
